1. WHAT IS AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠ US?
Aveda Plus Rewards℠ is a loyalty program that rewards you with points each time you purchase products at participating locations. Points can be redeemed for rewards, gifts, salon or spa services and even travel. Find a participating location near you here.
2. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN?
Aveda Plus Rewards℠ is available to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and at least 18 years of age. Employees of participating salons/spas, and Aveda's parent company and its affiliates, and the family members of such employees are NOT eligible to join the Aveda Plus Rewards℠ Program.
3. DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO JOIN AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠?
There is a $10 one-time non-refundable enrollment fee to join Aveda Plus Rewards℠.
4. HOW DO I JOIN THE PROGRAM?
JJoin now and pay the $10 one-time non-refundable enrollment fee and earn double points on your first Aveda purchase.

5. HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Once you become an Aveda Plus Rewards℠ member start shopping at an Aveda-owned retail store, participating salons, spas, retail locations and institutes and on aveda.com Use your digital membership card in the app or your membership number to start earning Aveda Plus Rewards℠ points toward valuable rewards.
6. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Aveda Plus Rewards℠ membership gives you access to invite-only events, free sampling opportunities, exclusive offers and a birthday gift. It also gives you the opportunity to earn points which can be redeemed for rewards and other benefits.
7. HOW DO I EARN PROGRAM BENEFITS?
You'll earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases at Aveda-owned retail store, participating salons, spas, retail locations and institutes and on aveda.com. You may redeem those points for valuable rewards in the app. Earn 200 points when you join in the app plus double points on your first Aveda purchase.
You may also earn bonus points for qualifying purchases made during exclusive promotions. Terms and conditions apply; see details of each promotion for more information. Qualifying purchases include regular-priced Aveda merchandise, and exclude sales tax, services, Aveda Gift Cards and eGift Cards, spa/salon/boutique gift cards, promotions (unless otherwise specified by us) state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time. Members do not earn points on purchases of Aveda Gift Cards and Aveda eGift Cards, but members will earn points when redeeming Aveda Gift Cards and Aveda eGift Cards for a qualifying Aveda purchase.
Program members also earn: 10 points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases at Program-participating locations in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland; 10 points for every CAD $1 spent on qualifying purchases at Program-participating locations in Canada; and 7 points for every €1 spent on qualifying purchases at Program-participating locations in the Republic of Ireland.
8. WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE AND DOES MY MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM EVER EXPIRE?
Points and any rewards earned through the Program will expire if your account becomes inactive. To keep your account active as an “Active Account”, you must make at least one qualifying purchase or redeem points/rewards under your Program account at least once, in every twelve (12) consecutive monthly period by doing any one of the following: (1) logging into your Program account on the Site and making a purchase; (2) when making a purchase at Aveda-owned retail stores (i.e. Aveda Experience Center) and institutes or at Program-participating salons, spas, retail locations and institutes, (i) present a digital membership card, (ii) provide your Program membership number, or (iii) identify yourself as a Program member and provide the contact information associated with your account; or (3) redeeming points/ rewards on the Site, at Aveda-owned retail stores (i.e. Aveda Experience Center) and institutes or at Program-participating salons, spas, retail locations and institutes according to the Program Terms (collectively, “Forms of Account Activity”). Membership will move from being an Active Account to being an “Inactive Account” if a member does not engage in any Forms of Account Activity for a period of twelve (12) months. In order to reactivate an Inactive Account into an Active Account, you must make a purchase under your Program account within two (2) years after your account becomes an Inactive Account by doing either one of the following: (1) logging into your Program account on the Site and making a purchase; or (2) when making a purchase at Aveda-owned retail stores (i.e. Aveda Experience Center) and institutes or at Program-participating salons, spas, retail locations and institutes (i) present a digital membership card, (ii) provide your Program membership number, or (iii) identify yourself as a Program member and provide the contact information associated with your account. For clarity, all points/rewards will remain expired even if you reactivate your Program account from an Inactive Account to an Active Account. If you do not reactivate your Program account within two (2) years after your Program account becomes an Inactive Account, your Program membership and your Program account will automatically expire and terminate.
9. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE POINTS TO APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT?
When purchasing online, points are issued when products ship. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for points to post to your account. For qualifying purchases in-store and in participating salons, points are posted immediately.
10. HOW DO I CHECK MY ACCOUNT STATUS?
Your membership level and account status are accessible in your account online or in an Aveda store in the United States. You can also call Aveda Customer Service at 1-800-230-8051.
11. HOW DO I IDENTIFY MYSELF IN-STORE?
You must provide your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ digital membership card, your membership identification number, or identify yourself as a Program member and provide the contact information associated with your account. You may also access your membership account details on the MyAveda app or online at aveda.com.
12. HOW DO I REDEEM MY AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠ POINTS?
Redeem your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ points for rewards by logging into your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ account at aveda.com or within the MyAveda app and choosing among your available rewards. Select "Redeem" and proceed to your shopping cart. No purchase is necessary. You may also redeem your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ points at participating locations by providing your digital membership card, membership identification number, or identify yourself as a Program member and provide the contact information associated with your account. Rewards only available while supplies last.
13. WHAT IS THE IMMEDIATE DISCOUNT REWARD?
As one of our rewards, you can immediately reduce the purchase price of eligible merchandise in exchange for the redemption of a specified number of points. Minimum purchase requirements may apply; not all Program-participating locations will accept immediate discount rewards. The number of points to be redeemed to achieve a particular discount may change and there are limits on the maximum immediate discount available. Please review the terms of the immediate discount reward prior to redemption; other terms and conditions may apply. If you return a product purchased with an immediate discount reward, your points will be re-credited to your account and the purchase price will be refunded to your original method of purchase.
We may discontinue or change the terms of the immediate discount reward at any time.
The immediate discount reward may be used for the purchase of merchandise only. It may not be used to pay for services (including salon services), sales tax or shipping charges, if any. The immediate discount reward is not cash, has no cash value without a purchase and may not be altered, sold, bartered or transferred. The immediate discount reward is applied last after all other discounts. No points will be earned on the value of the immediate discount reward, but you will earn points on any incremental dollars spent on merchandise over the amount of the immediate discount reward.
14. HOW DO I REDEEM MY AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠ BIRTHDAY GIFT?
Aveda Plus Rewards℠ members are eligible to receive one (1) birthday gift per member per year. If you have provided your birth date, your birthday gift certificate (w/offer code) will be mailed to you within 28 days of your birth date at the mailing address registered to your account. During the month of your birthday and prior to the expiration date on your birthday gift certificate, you can redeem your Program birthday gift by either: (1) logging into your Program account aveda.com, making a purchase (excluding travel-sized products) and providing your offer code; or (2) presenting your Program member identification card and birthday gift certificate at an Aveda-owned retail store (i.e. Aveda Experience Center) or institute or at a Program-participating salon, spa, retail location or institute. Birthday gifts cannot be transferred, delayed, exchanged or returned. Specific birthday gift rewards may vary based on location and are subject to store/online availability.
15. HOW DO I MANAGE MY AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠ EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS?
You can manage your email preferences in your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ account online and from the link at the bottom of each email communication. Email communications from Aveda Plus Rewards℠ tell you about exclusive opportunities, benefits, the latest collections from Aveda Plus Rewards℠ and much more. If you opt-out of marketing communications, you will continue to receive administrative emails about your account such as expiration notices, account changes, account confirmations, etc.
16. HOW DO I UPDATE THE INFORMATION I PROVIDED TO ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM?
You can update your information by logging into your account online in the profile section or by updating in an Aveda store. Please note that you must contact Customer Service at 1-800-230-8051 or email avedaplusguest@aveda.com in order to change your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ account information.
17. WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
You can reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot Password’ at the login page.
18. I FORGOT OR LOST MY AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠ CARD, HOW DO I FIND MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER?
HHow to retrieve your member number:
1. In the app: select “Get Started” or “Sign Into Aveda Plus Rewards™” and select “Forgot Member Number”. Follow the directions.
2. Find your account number in the account section on aveda.com if you enrolled online or linked your account to your online profile.
3. If you don’t have an email associated with your membership: call Aveda Plus Rewards™ customer service at 1-800-230-8051.

19. WHAT DO I DO IF I BELIEVE THAT A PURCHASE OR OTHER PROGRAM ACTIVITY WAS NOT PROPERLY CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT?

20. HOW WILL AVEDA USE THE INFORMATION I PROVIDE TO ENROLL IN THE AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠ PROGRAM?
We use your information to send you offers, ship rewards you redeem online and inform you of events near you. You can find more information in our Privacy Policy. Unless you already opted in to additional and other uses of the information you provided at the time you enrolled in the Program, your information will be used to provide you with services and offers related to the Program including identifying your membership to provide you with a Program tier and corresponding benefits. 21. WHAT AM I AGREEING TO BY JOINING THE PROGRAM?
By becoming a Aveda Plus Rewards℠ member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Program Terms and Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make.
22. WHAT TERMS GOVERN THE PROGRAM?

23. CAN MY MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM BE TERMINATED OR EXPIRE?
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to exclude you from participation in the Program at any time or suspend or audit your account for any reason. Suspected illegal, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorized use of memberships, vouchers, coupons and certificates or other activity inconsistent with our Aveda Plus Rewards℠ Terms and Conditions shall result in termination. Your membership will also expire and terminate if you have not reactivated your account within two (2) years after your Program account becomes inactive.
24. WHAT HAPPENS TO ANY POINTS I HAVE EARNED IF MY MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM IS TERMINATED?
If your membership is terminated, points and rewards in your account with automatically expire. Points and rewards have no cash value.
25. CAN THE PROGRAM BE TERMINATED?
Aveda reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, cancel or otherwise terminate the Program (or any aspect or feature thereof) at any time without prior notice, even if such action affects points or rewards already accumulated.
26. WHAT HAPPENS TO ANY POINTS OR REWARDS I HAVE EARNED IF THE PROGRAM IS TERMINATED?
If the Program is terminated, your points and rewards in your account and all other Program benefits will automatically terminate. We will advise members of the effective date of any termination of the Program.
27. HOW DO I TERMINATE MY AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠ MEMBERSHIP IF I NO LONGER WISH TO PARTICIPATE?
